You can access some areas of the Site without
submitting any personally identifiable information. We collect personally identifiable
information only if you choose to complete the online forms to provide us with
your information when you click on links to seek further information on or
apply for the Rainbow Card. The

portions of the Site includes your name, e‑mail address, mailing address,
and telephone number.
