I am sorry to have to tell you that effective October 31, 2011, Bank of America, the provider of The Rainbow Card®, will be terminating The Rainbow Card program. While I am saddened that we will no longer be able to provide funds to the Rainbow Endowment through this program, I am deeply proud of the good work we have done over the last 15 years, especially the more than 2.3 million dollars contributed to over 80 non-profit organizations serving and empowering the LGBT community, including organizations that support HIV/AIDS and breast cancer research and services, as well as lesbian and gay arts, cultural and civil rights groups.
